Et généralement toutes opérations quelconques, mobilières, immobilières ou financières, se rapportant directement ou indirectement à l'objet social et susceptibles d'en faciliter la réalisation, dès lors qu'elles conservent un caractère civil et qu'elles ne sont pas contraires aux dispositions des articles L. 212-1 et R. 212-1 du Code de la construction et de l'habitation.
