People named in the registers
The site republishes information about natural persons listed in public registers: sole traders and company directors. This information comes from INSEE, INPI and BODACC, whose publication is required by law.
Legal basis: the legitimate interest of Edge Query and of the public in accessing reliable economic information, in line with the transparency purpose of these registers.
What we do not publish: people whose publication INSEE prohibits, beneficial owners, directors’ home addresses, and accounts declared confidential. Director pages are named by a code, never by the person’s name, and those of a sole trader with no other position are not offered to search engines.
You can object to the publication of your data on the claim page: the request is reviewed and, when justified, applied within 24 hours to company pages, search, sitemaps and cache.
Users of the site
Account: your email address, needed to send the sign in link, plus your watchlists and alert rules. Kept as long as the account exists, then deleted.
API: your keys, and a daily count of calls per key and endpoint, needed to enforce quotas. Kept as long as the account exists.
Server logs, including IP addresses: kept for at most one year, for the security of the service.
Claims: the information you send, kept as long as needed to handle the claim and prove it was carried out.
Cookies and audience measurement
The site sets a session cookie, needed for it to work. Audience measurement and advertising tools, loaded through Google Tag Manager and Google AdSense, only set cookies after your consent in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, collected by Google’s consent management platform. You can change your choice at any time through the preferences link shown by that platform.
Recipients and hosting
Data is hosted in France by Scaleway. Emails are sent through Scaleway Transactional Email. No user data is sold or transferred.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Write to the data protection officer, donnees@corporary.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL).
