Terms of use
Last updated: 11 October 2026.
Purpose
These terms govern the use of corporary.com, published by Edge Query, and of its application programming interface (API) and MCP server. Using the site means accepting these terms.
Nature of the information
Published information comes from official public sources and is collected automatically. It is provided for information purposes, without any guarantee of accuracy, completeness or freshness beyond what the methodology page states.
Financial strength scores are calculations published with their method. They are neither advice, nor a credit rating, nor an investment recommendation, and do not replace a review by a professional.
User account
Company pages are freely accessible. An account, opened through a sign in link sent by email, gives access to watchlists, alerts, exports and API keys. You are responsible for the use of your account and keys.
API and MCP server
Every account gets a free plan, limited to 30 calls per minute and 1,000 calls per month. Higher volumes are available on request at contact@corporary.com.
Limits are enforced automatically. Circumventing them, in particular by multiplying accounts or keys, or using the service in a way that degrades it for other users, is prohibited.
The service is provided as is, with no availability commitment for the free plan. Edge Query may suspend a key used in breach of these terms.
Reuse of the data
Data from public registers remains subject to the licence of its producer, shown on the methodology page: when reusing it, you credit its source.
Data about natural persons, directors in particular, may only be reused in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation. Reusing it for unsolicited marketing is your sole responsibility.
Systematic extraction of the site by robots, beyond what robots.txt allows, is prohibited: the API exists for that purpose.
Liability
Edge Query cannot be held liable for a decision made on the basis of published information, nor for an error coming from a source. Incorrect data is corrected at its source, and the site picks it up at the next update.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the competent courts of Strasbourg, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
