La société COMDIGIT ferait apport à la société NEON JUDEX de la totalité de son actif, soit 125.125 €, à charge de la totalité de son passif, soit 87.411 €. La fusion prendrait effet rétroactivement au 1er janvier 2026 d'un point de vue comptable et fiscal.
