Compte tenu de la valorisation retenue pour chacune des sociétés participant à l’opération, la parité d’échange serait fixée à 5 actions de la société LES MESSAGERIES JURASSIENNES pour 100 parts de la société FEROE. En rémunération de cet apport net et compte tenu de la parité d’échange retenue, 2 000 actions nouvelles entièrement libérées seraient créées par la société LES MESSAGERIES JURASSIENNES à titre d'augmentation de son capital et émises à leur valeur nominale de 10 €, soit une augmentation de capital à 20 000 €. La prime de fusion s’élèverait à 1 007 920 €. En outre, il est précisé que la société FEROE détient la totalité des 2.500 actions représentant 100% du capital de la société LES MESSAGERIES JURASSIENNES.
