GROUPEMENT FONCIER AGRICOLE DES CRETS
Business purpose.
- la propriété et l'administration par dation à bail uniquement de tous les immeubles et droits immobiliers à destination agricole composant son patrimoine ; - et généralement toutes opérations pouvant se rattacher directement ou indirectement à l'objet ci-dessus défini, pourvu qu'elles ne modifient pas le caractère civil de la société et soient conformes à la législation régissant les groupements fonciers agricoles. Conformément à son objet, et aux articles L.322-1 et suivants du Code rural et de la pêche maritime, ce groupement foncier agricole ne peut procéder à l'exploitation en faire-valoir direct des biens constituant son patrimoine ; ceux-ci doivent être donnés à bail à long terme dans les conditions prévues aux articles L.416-1 et suivants du Code rural et de la pêche maritime. Les différentes dispositions arrêtées dans lesdits statuts ne pourront en aucune manière déroger aux droits du fermier du G.F.A. tels qu'ils résultent du statut du fermage.
