Business purpose.

Toutes opérations destinées à la réalisation de l'objet social, notamment en facilitant le recours au crédit dont certains associés pourraient avoir besoin pour se libérer envers la société des sommes dont ils seraient débiteurs, à raison de l'exécution des travaux de construction respectivement de la réalisation de l'objet social et ce, par voie de caution hypothécaire. Et, généralement toute opération de quelque nature qu'elle soit, pouvant être utile à la réalisation de l'objet social, pourvu qu'elle ne modifie pas le caractère civil de la société.
