Business purpose.
En vue de faciliter et de développer l'activité économique de ses membres, d'améliorer ou d'accroître les résultats de cette activité, le groupement a pour objet : (1) La mutualisation de fonctions commerciales ; (2) La coordination d'offres intégrées (emballages réutilisables, pooling, traçabilité, automatisation de fin de ligne, logiciels et services associés) (3) des actions communes de prospection, d'innovation, de standardisation des processus, de formation et de R&D ; (4) la mise en place de conventions de prestations intra-groupe et d'indicateurs de service (SLA/KPI). A cet effet, le groupement pourra plus largement : - effectuer toutes études et marchés, - organiser toute prospection, - prendre tous contacts, - organiser toute manifestation, - participer à toute manifestation, - passer tous accords susceptibles de favoriser la réalisation du but poursuivi, - créer tous bureaux et agences, - et plus généralement faire toutes opérations permettant la réalisation de l'objet qu'il poursuit dans les limites qu'il comporte.
