Et généralement toutes opérations civiles pouvant se rattacher directement ou indirectement à cet objet ou susceptibles d'en favoriser le développement, et ne modifiant pas le caractère civil de la société. En outre, l'article 1835 du Code civil dispose que les statuts peuvent préciser une raison d'être, constituée des principes dont la société se dote et pour le respect desquels elle entend affecter des moyens dans la réalisation de son activité.
